Backed by a team of qualified doctors, nutritionists, fitness experts, and behavioral coaches, Noguilt combines science-driven approaches with technology and empathetic support to deliver sustainable outcomes.

About the role:

We are looking for a highly organized and communication-driven Lab Operations Coordinator to join our healthcare operations team. In this role, you will act as the primary point of coordination between patients, doctors, laboratories and internal teams, ensuring a seamless experience throughout the treatment journey. You will be responsible for internal coordination that includes lab reports, documentation, and follow-ups. Your contribution will be instrumental in maintaining operational efficiency while delivering an exceptional patient experience.

Specifically, this role will involve:

Coordinating between patients and doctors for laboratory tests
Scheduling and managing patients appointments while ensuring timely communication with lab vendors
Assisting patients throughout the lab testing process
Collecting, verifying, and maintaining patient lab records, prescriptions, and related documentation
Following up with patients regarding appointments with laboratories
Coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of treatment requests and patient cases

An ideal candidate will have:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle multiple patient cases and priorities simultaneously
Knowledge of laboratory tests and reading the reports.
Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
A patient-centric approach with empathy and professionalism
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment

Qualifications:

Graduate (mandatory), DMLT preferred, Diploma in Laboratory Technology or related healthcare field

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: Remote
