Position Summary
ATTPL HOLDCO / ATTPL GROUP is seeking a dynamic, results-driven, and highly creative PR & Corporate Communications Manager to lead the organization's public relations, media engagement, corporate communications, founder branding, thought leadership, award strategy, and reputation management initiatives.
The ideal candidate will play a critical role in strengthening ATTPL’s brand visibility, credibility, stakeholder engagement, and media presence at regional, national, and international levels.
Key Responsibilities1. Public Relations & Media Relations
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with journalists, editors, media houses, bloggers, and industry influencers.
- Execute proactive media outreach campaigns to secure positive media coverage.
- Coordinate interviews, press conferences, media briefings, and public announcements.
- Build and maintain an updated media database.
- Monitor media coverage and identify PR opportunities for the organization.
2. Corporate Communications
- Draft and distribute press releases, corporate announcements, company updates, and executive communications.
- Develop high-quality communication materials aligned with ATTPL’s vision and business objectives.
- Ensure consistency of corporate messaging across all communication channels.
- Support internal and external communication initiatives.
3. Founder & Leadership Branding
- Execute personal branding strategies for the Founder and leadership team.
- Develop thought leadership articles, opinion pieces, LinkedIn content, and executive profiles.
- Identify and secure media interviews, podcast opportunities, speaking engagements, and industry recognition opportunities.
- Position ATTPL leadership as industry thought leaders.
4. Awards & Recognition Management
Research, identify, and manage applications for:
- Startup Awards
- Innovation Awards
- Agritech Awards
- Technology Awards
- Women Empowerment Awards
- CSR Awards
- Governance & Leadership Awards

5. Digital PR & Online Reputation Management
- Strengthen ATTPL’s digital media presence.
- Secure features and mentions in online publications and industry portals.
- Monitor brand reputation across digital platforms.
- Coordinate digital PR campaigns and online visibility initiatives.
- Support search visibility and positive brand perception.
6. Event, Conference & Industry Engagement
- Identify relevant conferences, summits, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.
- Secure speaking opportunities for leadership.
- Coordinate participation in industry events.
- Ensure post-event media coverage and visibility.
7. Content Development & Impact Storytelling
Develop compelling stories showcasing the impact of ATTPL’s initiatives.

Required QualificationsEducation
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in one or more of the following fields:
- Public Relations
- Journalism
- Mass Communication
- Corporate Communications
- Marketing
- Business Administration (MBA)
- Media Studies
Experience RequirementsMandatory
- 3–5 years of professional experience in Public Relations, Corporate Communications, Media Relations, Branding, or Strategic Communications.
- Proven track record of securing media coverage and managing communication campaigns.
- Experience in writing press releases, media kits, corporate communication materials, and executive content.
- Experience coordinating media interactions and public engagement initiatives.
Preferred
- Experience working with startups, technology companies, agritech organizations, consulting firms, NGOs, or social impact organizations.
- Previous experience in a PR agency environment.
- Experience in founder branding and thought leadership campaigns.
