Role Summary

We are looking for a proactive and energetic International Business Development Executive to identify and develop new export opportunities for MIPL's printing and stationery products. You will actively prospect on global B2B trade portals, initiate contact with international buyers, build relationships across time zones, and convert leads into active accounts. This is a front-line revenue-generating role requiring self-motivation, strong English communication, and a genuine interest in international trade.

Key Responsibilities

Research and identify prospective buyers on trade portals such as Alibaba, Global Sources, India MART, Trade India, and other B2B platforms.
Proactively reach out to international leads via email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and phone calls — initiating first contact and following through to qualification.
Present MIPL's product range and manufacturing capabilities to potential customers clearly and confidently.
Engage with prospects across different time zones (US, UK, Europe, Africa, Middle East) and schedule calls or virtual meetings accordingly.
Maintain and update a lead tracker; provide regular pipeline updates to management.
Coordinate with the internal team to prepare product samples, specifications, and quotations for interested prospects.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with new and existing international clients.
Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and new product opportunities in target export markets.
Assist in preparing export-related documentation and communication as required.

What We're Looking For

Must Have

Excellent spoken and written English communication skills — clear, confident, and professional.
A go-getter attitude with the drive to chase leads and close conversations independently.
Comfort working across international time zones and willingness to take early-morning or evening calls when needed.
Basic understanding of international trade, exports, or B2B sales.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace and strong internet research skills.
Residing in Noida, Greater Noida, or nearby areas (on-site role).

Good to Have

Prior experience using Alibaba, Global Sources, or similar trade portals.
Exposure to the printing, packaging, stationery, or publishing supply chain.
Experience in export sales, international client coordination, or overseas business development.
Familiarity with Incoterms, FOB pricing, and basic export documentation.

Education

Graduate in any discipline (Business Administration, International Trade, or Commerce preferred).
Additional certification in Export Management / International Business is a plus.
