Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Electrical Supervisor to lead and oversee electrical maintenance and installation activities 1-2 Years of Experience of Granities and manufacturing sector. This role is vital in ensuring the safety, efficiency, and reliability of electrical systems across our facilities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, technical expertise in industrial electrical systems, and a proactive approach to maintenance management. Join us to drive excellence in electrical operations and contribute to the seamless functioning of our production environment.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate electrical maintenance teams, ensuring tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and according to schedule.
Oversee the installation, inspection, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems including high voltage (HV) and low voltage (LV) equipment.
Utilize schematics, technical drawings, and wiring diagrams to diagnose issues and implement effective solutions.
Manage preventive maintenance programs using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to optimize equipment uptime.
Monitor and control electrical projects from planning through execution, ensuring compliance with safety standards and project specifications.
Conduct regular inspections of HVAC systems, mechanical components, and industrial machinery to identify potential issues early.
Lead efforts in facilities management by coordinating with other departments to ensure electrical infrastructure supports operational needs.
Use testing instruments such as ohmmeters for accurate diagnostics and troubleshooting of electrical circuits.
Ensure all work complies with safety regulations related to high voltage, low voltage, and general electrical safety protocols.
Provide leadership in supervising subcontractors or external vendors involved in specialized electrical tasks or projects.

Requirements

Proven management experience supervising electrical teams within industrial or manufacturing environments.
Minimum 1-2 Years of experience candidates required
Extensive knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics, and industrial control systems.
Strong understanding of maintenance management principles, including CMMS utilization for scheduling and record keeping.
Hands-on experience with HVAC systems, mechanical components, and facilities management practices.
Demonstrated expertise in industrial maintenance with a focus on electrical systems—both high voltage (HV) and low voltage (LV).
Ability to read technical schematics accurately and perform troubleshooting with tools such as ohmmeters.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining quality standards.
Fluency in English; effective communication skills for team coordination and reporting purposes.
Supervising experience in a fast-paced environment is essential for success in this role.
