About Darlet

Darlet is a growing women's fashion brand focused on thoughtfully designed apparel that combines comfort, functionality, and style. We are preparing for our website launch and are looking for a performance marketer who can help us build awareness, drive website traffic, generate sales, and scale our digital presence.

Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Performance Marketer with hands-on experience in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram). The ideal candidate should be comfortable managing campaigns across the entire funnel, from awareness and engagement to conversions and customer retention.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, launch, and optimize Meta advertising campaigns.
Develop full-funnel marketing strategies for:
Brand Awareness
Website Traffic
Lead Generation
Sales & Conversions
Retargeting Campaigns
Set up and manage Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and event tracking.
Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
Conduct audience research and testing.
Create media buying strategies and budget allocation plans.
Collaborate with the content and creative team to improve ad performance.
Monitor ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPM, CPA, and other key metrics.
Scale winning campaigns profitably.

Required Skills

2+ years of experience running Meta Ads.
Proven experience with e-commerce brands.
Strong understanding of customer acquisition funnels.
Experience with Shopify and website conversion tracking.
Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns independently.
Familiarity with Google Analytics and reporting tools.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with fashion, apparel, beauty, or D2C brands.
Experience with influencer whitelisting and UGC-based advertising.
Knowledge of email marketing and retention campaigns.
