Senior HR Manager – Talent, System & Execution

Shift: 5:00 AM to 2:00 PM CST (US Central Standard Time) — Strict Requirement

Job Summary-

Vishram Management Group (VMG) is seeking a highly sophisticated, purely independent, and execution-focused Senior HR Manager. This is not a traditional HR role; it is a full-ownership mandate for an HR architect who can build, scale, and discipline a high-performance organization from scratch.

Operating across multiple diverse business verticals—including Study Abroad, Work Abroad, (VIS) as well as Retail, QSR (Quick Service Restaurants), and Backend Operations (VMG)—you will design the infrastructure that governs our talent lifecycle. You will be fully empowered to operate autonomously, implementing systems, driving accountability, and optimizing human capital ROI without requiring day-to-day supervision.

Responsibilities

1. Absolute HR Ownership & Governance

Take end-to-end strategic and operational accountability for the entire HR lifecycle across both entities (VIS & VMG).
Autonomously manage talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, payroll compliance, performance evaluations, and structured offboarding.
Serve as the ultimate point of escalation for internal conflicts, disciplinary actions, and labor compliance.

2. Strategic Talent Acquisition & Team Architecture

Partner with business unit heads to accurately forecast talent requirements based on business needs and clear ROI metrics, avoiding headcount inflation.
Design, implement, and scale aggressive sourcing and hiring strategies tailored for both high-volume roles (Sales, QSR, Retail) and highly specialized corporate roles.
Standardize rigorous interview frameworks to assess candidate capability, culture alignment, and emotional resilience.

3. HR Tech Infrastructure, Automation & Analytics

Serve as the internal Product Owner for the entire HR tech stack. Map, configure, and maintain automated workflows to eliminate manual intervention.
Implement productivity tracking systems, time-tracking tools, and CRM alignments to monitor remote employee output seamlessly.
Generate weekly data-driven reports analyzing time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, employee turnover, and individual productivity metrics.

4. High-Performance Management & Accountability

Design and implement comprehensive Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) for every tier of the organization.
Establish a culture of strict meritocracy and accountability.
Concurrently manage underperformance with professional objectivity—executing structured Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs), delivering formal warnings, and confidently making timely termination decisions when necessary.

5. SOP Development & Process Standardization

Draft, codify, and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for every HR process.
Build a comprehensive, digitized employee handbook and institutionalize onboarding pathways that ensure new hires are productive within their first week.

6. Cost Optimization & Compensation Architecture

Continuously audit and optimize compensation structures, incentives, and benefit plans to maximize organizational ROI.
Monitor resource utilization to ensure maximum business output per employee, mitigating overhead leakages.

Candidate Requirements

Experience & Qualifications

8+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3+ years in a Talent Leadership, HR Manager, or Head of HR capacity.
Proven track record of scaling remote or cross-functional teams from the ground up, specifically spanning diverse industries like Sales, EdTech/Immigration, Retail, or Operations.
Demonstrated experience handling high-volume recruitment without compromising on talent quality.

Mandatory Tool Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

This role requires an HR leader who is also a systems administrator. We are a digital-first organization built on the Zoho Ecosystem. You must possess advanced, hands-on administrative configuration knowledge of:
Zoho Recruit (Advanced ATS management, pipeline automation, blueprint creation)
Zoho People (HRMS core, leave/attendance tracking, performance modules, custom forms)
Zoho Payroll (Statutory compliance, salary structuring, automated runs)
Candidates without verifiable experience in configuring and operating these specific Zoho applications will be automatically filtered out.

Round 3: Zoho Technical & Systems Practical Test A practical, hands-on simulation test designed to evaluate your technical proficiency in administering and optimizing Zoho Recruit, Zoho People, and Zoho Payroll.
