Work Schedule: This is a 24/7 on-site role with rotating shifts, including night shifts. The position offers two days off per week, which may not always fall on weekends. Flexibility and adaptability to a continuous shift-based environment are essential. There is no hybrid work arrangement for this position, and it requires working onsite five days a week.

The role is responsible for working with operations and delivery teams to understand their information needs and develop and maintain reports and systems to fulfill them in an accurate and timely way.
Role Accountabilities
We are looking for a highly analytical and results-driven Senior Analyst – MIS & Automations to support operational excellence through workforce planning, forecasting, reporting, business analysis, and automation initiatives. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the effective utilization of resources, delivery of operational targets, and provision of meaningful business insights that support strategic decision-making.
As a Senior Analyst – MIS & Automations, you will be responsible for short-term and long-term workload forecasting, scheduling, and real-time resource management. Working closely with business planning teams, you will proactively manage workforce requirements to ensure daily operational metrics are achieved while balancing business demands and resource availability. The role requires the ability to develop accurate schedules that align with forecasted demand, business objectives, planned events, holidays, and operational constraints.
You will be expected to analyse workforce performance data, including productivity, utilisation, occupancy, and forecast accuracy, to identify trends and opportunities for continuous improvement. By leveraging automation, technology, and process optimisation, you will contribute to improving planning accuracy, operational efficiency, and overall service delivery.
A key aspect of the role involves supporting IELTS Operations reporting requirements and ensuring that reporting frameworks align with the strategic priorities of the business. You will identify and evaluate new reporting needs, recommend appropriate technologies and automation solutions, and develop structured reporting schedules to ensure timely and effective distribution of business information. The role also requires the preparation of insightful business analyses, including trend identification, root cause investigations, performance reporting, and scenario-based modelling to support operational and strategic decision-making.
The successful candidate will collaborate with stakeholders across functions to understand business requirements, translate data into actionable insights, and support the continuous evolution of reporting and workforce management practices. Strong analytical capabilities, attention to detail, and the ability to manage complex datasets will be essential for success in this position.
Information security and compliance form an integral part of the role. You will be responsible for ensuring adherence to information security policies and supporting compliance with ISO 27001 and IGA requirements. This includes managing access controls, supporting account provisioning and deactivation processes, monitoring access levels, maintaining records in accordance with the Freedom of Information Act, promoting security awareness, and ensuring incidents are managed and resolved within agreed service levels.
We are looking for a proactive and solution-oriented professional with strong expertise in workforce planning, MIS reporting, business analysis, and process automation.
