TITLE: Field Resource Specialist

LOCATION: Bangalore

GRADE: 8

POSITION SUMMARY & KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

The PM Operations Coordinator is responsible for managing and executing contractual Preventive Maintenance (PM) activities for the Philippines, ensuring compliance with service agreements and timely delivery. The role requires strong coordination with customers, internal teams, and stakeholders to drive operational efficiency, improve PM closure rates, and support regional service operations across Southeast Asia.

Key Responsibilities

Customer & Stakeholder Management

Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding contractual PM activities.
Ensure clear communication, timely updates, and proactive handling of customer requirements.
Resolve customer issues effectively or escalate to appropriate stakeholders when necessary.

PM Planning & Scheduling

Plan and schedule contractual PM visits based on customer approvals.
Ensure optimal allocation of resources and adherence to service timelines.
Oversee execution of PM activities in alignment with contractual commitments.

Manage end-to-end execution of contractual PM services in the Philippines.
Ensure compliance with defined processes, systems, and contractual SLAs.
Coordinate with Field Service Coordinators (FSC), Territory Managers (TM), and Customer Success Managers (CSM) to ensure smooth operations.

Install Base & Data Validation

Work with the Database Team and CSM to validate the contractual install base.
Ensure accurate and updated records to support effective PM planning and execution.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

Drive PM cycle compliance through daily, monthly, and quarterly tracking.
Maintain and publish a consolidated PM tracker with performance insights.
Provide regular reporting to key stakeholders including FSC, TM, and CSM teams.

Review & Continuous Improvement

Conduct daily/weekly operational review meetings with internal teams.
Identify challenges, drive corrective actions, and implement improvement plans to enhance PM closure rates.

Documentation & Billing Support

Manage EER documentation by extracting completed PM data, validating accuracy, and ensuring proper uploads.
Support timely and accurate customer billing processes.

Additional Responsibilities

Demonstrate strong project management and planning capabilities to ensure seamless operations.
Ensure adherence to organizational processes and minimize dependency on follow-ups.
Consistently drive execution to meet timelines and delivery targets.
Represent NCR in a professional manner that enhances brand reputation and customer trust.
