Stick2Earn Media is revolutionizing out-of-home advertising by transforming vehicles of thousands of Uber, Skip, Lyft, DoorDash, and Instacart drivers into a powerful, Canada-wide advertising network. We offer brands unprecedented market reach through dynamic vehicle wraps and digital campaigns.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive, results-driven CRM Manager to join our growing team. This role is critical to managing our client relationships, driving lead follow-ups, and supporting sales efforts through cold calling and email outreach. You will be the backbone of our client engagement strategy, ensuring no opportunity is missed and every advertiser receives exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and optimize our CRM system to track leads, clients, and sales pipelines effectively.
Develop and execute multi-channel follow-up campaigns (email, phone, LinkedIn) to nurture leads and close deals.
Conduct cold calls to prospective clients, qualifying leads and setting appointments for the sales team.
Handle client onboarding, ensuring smooth activation of advertising campaigns on vehicles.
Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and performance reports.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.
Analyze CRM data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process improvement.

Qualifications:

2+ years experience in CRM management, sales coordination, or client relations, preferably in media, advertising, or logistics.
Strong proficiency with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, or similar).
Excellent communication skills(english, both written and verbal, with a professional and persuasive tone.
Comfortable making cold calls and handling objections with confidence and resilience.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
