Full job description

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Key Account Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for managing strategic client relationships, coordinating projects from concept to delivery, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in account management within the printing, signage, promo, or related industries, along with basic understanding of design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, or similar software.

Key ResponsibilitiesKey Account Management

Manage and develop relationships with assigned key accounts.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and ensure timely communication.
Understand client requirements and provide suitable product and service solutions.
Build long-term partnerships through exceptional customer service and account support.
Conduct regular follow-ups to maintain customer satisfaction and identify growth opportunities.
Handle customer concerns and coordinate resolutions with internal teams.

Project & Order Management

Manage projects from quotation approval through production and final delivery.
Coordinate with design, production, purchasing, and logistics teams to ensure timely execution.
Monitor project progress and proactively communicate status updates to clients.
Ensure customer specifications and expectations are clearly communicated internally.
Track deadlines and ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.

Estimating & Quotation Support

Review customer requirements and prepare accurate quotations.
Analyze previous jobs, pricing history, and vendor costs to provide competitive pricing.
Support the sales process by providing cost estimates and project recommendations.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services.

Design & Artwork Coordination

Review customer artwork files for print readiness and production requirements.
Perform basic artwork adjustments when required.
Coordinate with graphic designers and prepress teams for revisions and approvals.
Basic understanding of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, or similar design software for file review.

Reporting & Account Analysis

Maintain accurate customer records, project details, and communication logs.
Track account performance, project profitability, and sales opportunities.
Prepare reports and account updates for management.
Monitor customer trends and provide recommendations for business growth.

Qualifications & Skills

5+ years of experience in Key Account Management, Customer Success, Print Management, Project Coordination, or a related field.
Experience in large-format printing, signage, commercial printing, packaging, or a similar industry.
Basic understanding of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, or equivalent design software.
Strong understanding of print production processes, artwork preparation, and prepress requirements.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong customer relationship management and problem-solving abilities.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
Experience working with ERP, CRM, and project management systems.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable working night shifts to support US-based clients and operations.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with large/wide-format printing and signage production.
Knowledge of inventory management and order fulfillment processes.
Experience handling high-value or strategic customer accounts.
Familiarity with shipping platforms such as UPS, FedEx, and freight carriers.
Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and client-facing projects.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
