Job Title: Admin Executive

Department: Administration

Location: Kolgaon Genesis , Palghar

Reports To: HR Head / Admin Manager

Job Summary

The Admin Executive is responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative operations of the organization. The role includes managing office facilities, coordinating with vendors, maintaining records, supporting employees, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily administrative activities and office operations.
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when required.
Coordinate with housekeeping, security, transport, and other service providers.
Maintain records of visitors, assets, stationery, and office equipment.
Handle office correspondence, courier services, and document filing.
Coordinate repair and maintenance of office infrastructure and utilities.
Assist in organizing meetings, training programs, and company events.
Monitor attendance records and support HR-related administrative activities.
Manage vendor agreements, quotations, invoices, and payment follow-ups.
Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper functioning of office facilities.
Maintain company vehicles, insurance records, and statutory documents as applicable.
Support audits and compliance activities by maintaining required records.
Prepare administrative reports and MIS as required by management.

Required Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline.
Additional qualification in Administration or Management will be preferred.

Experience

2 to 5 years of experience in Administration.
Experience in manufacturing, chemical, pharmaceutical, or FMCG industry preferred.

Skills Required

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
Vendor management and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of office administration and facility management.
Ability to multitask and work independently.
