Full job description

We are looking for a Social Media Manager who is passionate about content research, trend spotting, and community building. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying high-potential content ideas, understanding audience needs, growing engaged communities, and helping the brand maintain a strong presence across social platforms.

Key Responsibilities: Content Research & Strategy

Research trending topics, industry news, competitor content, and audience interests.
Generate content ideas based on platform trends, audience feedback, and performance data.
Maintain and manage a content idea pipeline and content calendar.
Identify viral content opportunities and emerging trends relevant to the brand.
Analyze content performance and provide recommendations for future content.

Community Building & Engagement

Build and nurture online communities across social media platforms.
Engage with followers through comments, messages, polls, and discussions.
Monitor community sentiment and collect audience feedback.
Identify loyal followers, advocates, and potential collaborators.
Create initiatives that encourage user participation and community growth.

Social Media Management

Schedule and publish content across social media platforms.
Monitor platform performance and audience growth metrics.
Collaborate with designers, video editors, and content creators.
Ensure brand voice and messaging remain consistent across channels.

Requirements

Strong understanding of social media platforms and online communities.
Excellent research and analytical skills.
Ability to identify trends before they become mainstream.
Strong written communication skills.
Experience with social media management and analytics tools.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple content projects.

Preferred Skills

Experience growing online communities.
Knowledge of creator economy trends.
Familiarity with Canva, Notion, Google Sheets, and AI tools.
Basic understanding of content marketing and audience psychology.
