Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook a variety of South Indian dishes such as dosa, idli, vada, uttapam, sambhar, chutneys, curries, biryanis, and regional specialties.
Ensure consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation of all dishes.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen area.
Monitor food stock levels and inform supervisors about shortages.
Ensure proper storage and handling of raw materials and ingredients.
Follow standard recipes and hotel food safety procedures.
Assist in menu planning and introducing new South Indian dishes.
Minimize food wastage and maintain cost control measures.
Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth operations during buffet and à la carte service.
Ensure timely preparation and service during breakfast, lunch, and dinner operations.
Maintain kitchen equipment properly and report any maintenance issues.
Follow grooming standards and safety regulations at all times.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
