Full job description

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to join our Accounts Team. The ideal candidate will have 4 years of relevant experience in real estate development or construction accounting, strong proficiency in accounting software, and hands-on exposure to project-wise accounting, and audit coordination across multiple real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate day-to-day accounting entries in Tally and company-specific accounting software.
Handle project-wise accounting for multiple real estate development projects, including residential and commercial projects.
Record and monitor construction-related expenses, contractor bills, material purchases, and site expenses.
Prepare and file GST returns, TDS returns, RERA-related accounting data, and other statutory filings within timelines.
Process vendor, contractor, and consultant invoices, ensure timely payments, and maintain proper approval workflows.
Perform bank reconciliations, ledger scrutiny, and reconciliation of project accounts.
Maintain proper documentation for agreements, work orders, bills, payment vouchers, and statutory records.
Support internal audits, statutory audits, and project audits by preparing schedules, confirmations, and supporting documents.
Assist auditors and ensure timely closure of audit queries and observations.
Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory norms applicable to real estate developers.

Reporting Structure:

The Accounts Executive will report directly to the Senior Accounts Manager.
For statutory compliance matters such as GST, TDS, audits, and regulatory filings, the role will work in close coordination with the CA.
The position will collaborate with Project Teams, Site Engineers, Procurement, Sales, and Operations for invoice processing, payment approvals, and project-wise accounting.
Any escalations related to discrepancies, delays, or compliance issues must be promptly reported to the CEO.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong proficiency in Excel, Tally ERP and exposure to developer-side accounting systems.
Practical working knowledge of GST, TDS, RERA-related financial reporting, and real estate statutory compliances.
Experience in project-wise accounting, cost tracking, and budget monitoring.
High attention to detail with strong organizational and documentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet strict timelines.
Good communication and coordination skills with cross-functional teams.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
