Full job description

Requirements:

1. Power Platform & Low-Code Technologies:

Strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, including:

a. Power BI

b. Power Automate (Power Flows)

c. Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven)

Experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale low-code solutions
Ability to lead platform standards, best practices, and technical governance

2. Snowflake & Data Engineering:

Working Data Engineer level of expertise in Snowflake, including designing the Data Pipeline and Data transformation
Strong experience in building end-to-end data pipelines covering ingestion, transformation, storage, and consumption layers.

3. Copilot Studio & AI Solutions:

End-to-end experience in designing, building, and deploying Copilot Studio agents
Experience implementing AI-powered solutions for:

1. Employee productivity

2. Business process automation

3. Customer or partner-facing use cases

Ability to integrate Copilot Studio with Power Platform, Dataverse, and Azure services
Strong understanding of responsible AI, security, and compliance in enterprise environments

4. Power BI & Analytics:

Advanced experience in Power BI dashboard and report development Strong knowledge of:

1. Data modeling and semantic layer design

2. DAX and performance optimization

Experience defining analytics standards and reusable datasets for enterprise reporting

5. Platform Governance & DevOps:

Experience implementing Power Platform governance, including:

1. Environment strategy (Dev/Test/Prod)

2. Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies

3. Security and access control

Knowledge of ALM and CI/CD pipelines for Power Platform solutions
Proficiency with version control systems and collaborative development workflows

Soft Skills:

1. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze complex business problems and design scalable low-code and AI-driven solutions.

2. Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication with global business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams.

3. Collaboration: Strong collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams including IT, business, data, and AI teams.

4. Adaptability: Willingness to learn emerging Power Platform, Copilot, and AI capabilities and adapt to evolving business needs.

What are my responsibilities?

We are seeking an experienced Senior Power Platform & Copilot Studio Lead to drive the design, development, and governance of enterprise digital solutions. This role is primarily hands-on, while also providing platform leadership across Power Platform and Copilot Studio initiatives.

? Design, develop, and deliver end-to-end solutions using Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Copilot Studio.

? Good hands-on experience in Snowflake, SQL, and Python or any programming language

? Develop enterprise-grade analytics solutions using Power BI, including optimized data models and dashboards.

? Integrate Power Platform solutions with Azure services and enterprise APIs.

? Act as Power Platform lead, defining standards, templates, and best practices.

? Implement and enforce Power Platform governance, security, and compliance policies.

? Establish and maintain ALM and CI/CD processes for Power Platform solutions.

? Work directly with global business and product stakeholders to gather requirements and provide solution designs.

? Mentor and guide other Power Platform developers and contributors.

? Participate in architecture discussions, design reviews, and technical decision-making.

? Stay current with the latest Power Platform, Copilot, and AI capabilities and drive innovation within the organization.

Required Skills and Experience

? B.E. / B.Tech / MCA / M.Tech (Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical or related discipline).

? 8+ years of overall IT experience, with minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in Microsoft Power Platform and Snowflake as Data Engineer.

? Strong hands-on experience with Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps.

? Proven experience delivering Copilot Studio–based solutions end to end.

? Strong experience with Azure services and API integrations.

? Experience working in enterprise-scale environments with governance and compliance requirements.

? Proven ability to work directly with global stakeholders.

? Strong understanding of Power Platform security, DLP, and ALM.

? Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

? Ability to lead technically while remaining hands-on.
