Full job description

We are looking for a versatile Content Writer & Admin who can manage day-to-day administrative responsibilities while creating clear, engaging, and high-quality content. The ideal candidate should have strong written communication skills, be tech-savvy, and be comfortable working with Google Workspace, spreadsheets, documentation, and basic office coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Content Writing

Write and edit website content, blogs, articles, social media posts, emails, and internal communications.
Research topics and create accurate, engaging, and original content.
Proofread and edit content for grammar, clarity, tone, and consistency.
Coordinate with marketing and other teams for content requirements.
Maintain and update content documents, calendars, and databases.

Administrative Responsibilities

Manage daily administrative and office-related tasks.
Maintain Google Sheets, Excel files, records, and company documentation.
Handle data entry, document preparation, filing, and reporting.
Coordinate internal communication and follow up with team members.
Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and assist with basic coordination.
Support HR and management with documentation and other assigned tasks.
Manage emails and routine correspondence.
Ensure records and administrative information are accurate and up to date.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in content writing and/or administration.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong command of English grammar and vocabulary.
Good knowledge of Google Sheets, Google Docs, Microsoft Excel, and MS Office.
Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new software and tools.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Good attention to detail and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently as well as with a team.

Preferred Skills

Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing.
Experience with AI writing and productivity tools.
Familiarity with CRM, HRMS, or other office management software.
Ability to handle confidential company information professionally.
