NextGen Info Solution provides web development and digital marketing services to businesses. Our services include website development, WordPress, eCommerce solutions, mobile applications, SEO, social media marketing, paid advertising, and website maintenance.

About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Business Development Executive (BDE) to support our business development activities and help identify and develop new business opportunities.

The role involves prospect research, lead generation, client communication, requirement understanding, follow-ups, proposal coordination, and supporting the conversion of qualified prospects into clients.

This position is suitable for candidates interested in building a career in B2B sales, IT services sales, and business development.

Key Responsibilities

Identify potential business clients through professional and business-focused channels.
Generate and qualify leads for IT and digital marketing services.
Conduct prospect outreach through email, telephone, LinkedIn, and other approved channels.
Understand client requirements related to websites, applications, SEO, digital marketing, and related services.
Conduct introductory and discovery conversations with prospective clients.
Explain relevant services based on the client's requirements.
Prepare or coordinate proposals, quotations, and service information.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients.
Keep lead, prospect, and follow-up information updated in the company's records.
Coordinate with internal technical or delivery teams when additional project information is required.
Maintain a professional relationship with prospects and clients.
Support the development and management of the sales pipeline.
Work toward agreed sales activity and business development targets.
Provide regular updates regarding lead status, follow-ups, opportunities, and potential closures.

Experience

Freshers: Candidates with good communication skills, confidence, and an interest in sales and business development may also apply.

Relevant internships, sales experience, customer-facing experience, or business development experience may be considered.

Salary

₹1.5–₹2.5 lakh per year

Compensation will depend on the candidate's experience, skills, and suitability for the position.

Work Arrangement

This is a full-time remote position.

The selected candidate will work remotely and communicate with the team through company-approved communication and collaboration tools.

Candidates should have:

A reliable internet connection.
A computer or laptop suitable for professional work.
A suitable environment for business calls.
Availability during the company's working hours.

Working Hours: 10:00 AM–7:00 PM IST
