Full job description

The Housekeeping Associate will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and comfort across guest rooms and public areas. The role requires a strong eye for detail, a passion for hospitality, and a commitment to delivering the signature Postcard guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces are cleaned and maintained to brand standards.
Replenish guest supplies and amenities as per operational guidelines.
Handle linen, laundry, and room upkeep efficiently and hygienically.
Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to the supervisor.
Follow all safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures as per hotel policy.
Assist with turndown service and special guest requests when required.
Maintain cleaning equipment and ensure proper usage of chemicals and tools.
Uphold confidentiality and privacy of guests at all times.
Support other team members to achieve overall departmental goals.

Requirements:

Prior experience in a luxury hotel environment preferred.
Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
Positive attitude and professional grooming standards.
Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and under minimal supervision.
Good communication skills and a guest-focused mindset.
