Project Context
You will be working on interior design for a premium residential township project in Raipur, comprising multi-block mid-rise housing (G+6 to G+10) with club, lobby, and common amenity areas, with an overall interior works value in the multi-crore range. As an EPC contractor, Azure Interiors is responsible for both design and execution, so your drawings and details will directly drive site construction, coordination with MEP, and finishing quality. The technical scope will cover detailed interior layouts, GFC drawings, finishes, joinery, toilets, false ceilings, and coordination with structural and MEP services to ensure buildable, cost-effective solutions. You will collaborate closely with the in-house design team, project managers, site engineers, and client/consultant representatives to deliver high-quality, on-time interiors with minimal rework.
Role Summary
The Interior Designer will support the end-to-end design development of residential unit interiors and common areas for a large township project, from concept refinement through detailed GFC drawings. You will translate design intent into precise, construction-ready drawings and coordinate with internal and site teams to ensure smooth execution. Your work will directly impact quality, cost control, and timely handover of interior spaces.
Key Responsibilities
- - Develop detailed working drawings and GFC drawings for flooring patterns, wall finishes, ceiling details, joinery, wardrobes, kitchens, and toilet interiors, ensuring constructability and clarity for site teams.
- - Coordinate with in-house architects, MEP engineers, and site execution teams to resolve clashes, incorporate service requirements, and update drawings based on site feedback and RFIs.
- - Assist in preparing finish schedules, material palettes, and typical details for residential township interiors, aligning with budget, durability, and aesthetic requirements.
- - Support the preparation of presentation drawings, basic 3D views, and mood boards for internal reviews and client/consultant approvals as required.
- - Ensure drawings adhere to company CAD standards, quality benchmarks, and revision control, helping to minimize rework and site-level ambiguities.
- - Participate in periodic site visits to understand on-ground constraints, verify implementation of design intent, and support timely resolution of design-related issues.
Must-Have
