Junior Graphic Designer / Design Intern at WebNX Global Services (P) Limited

Who We Are

For over 17 years, WebNX has been doing one thing really well: turning rough ideas into brands people actually remember.

We're a crew of designers, developers, strategists, and storytellers based out of Gujarat. We build everything from logos that stick to apps that scale. Our clients range from scrappy startups finding their voice to enterprises reimagining theirs. Branding, web development, digital marketing... we do it all, but what really drives us is the craft. The pixel-perfect obsession. The "let's try one more version" energy at 6 PM on a Thursday.

The Role

We're looking for a Junior Graphic Designer (or Design Intern). Someone early in their career but already dangerous with a blank canvas.

This isn't a "fetch coffee and watch from the corner" internship. You'll work on real projects from day one: social media campaigns, brand identities, app mockups, video content, the works. You'll sit alongside senior designers who'll push your thinking, and alongside marketers and developers who'll show you how design lives and breathes in the real world.

Perfect for you if: you just graduated (or are about to), you've been designing on the side because you can't help yourself, and you're looking for a team that'll invest in your growth as much as you invest in the work.

What You'll Actually Do

Design scroll-stopping social media graphics, digital ads, and web banners (the kind of stuff that makes someone pause mid-thumb)
Get your hands into UI/UX work, helping shape websites, landing pages, and app screens that feel intuitive and look sharp
Create short-form video edits and motion graphics for the content formats that are eating the internet right now
Collaborate with content, marketing, and tech teams on brainstorms, syncs, and strategy calls where your fresh perspective is genuinely wanted, not just tolerated
Take on quick daily design tasks (five social posts before lunch kind of days) and contribute to long-term brand projects that need slow, careful thinking
Stay curious and keep up with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques

Both the fast stuff and the slow stuff matter equally here.

What You Should Bring

Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator as second nature, not something you Google mid-project
Canva for the quick stuff (and no snobbery about it)
Basics of UI/UX design (and if you already work in Figma, even better)
Video editing experience in Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, VN, or whatever your tool of choice is
A strong sense of visual storytelling, typography, layout, and colour

More than any specific software, though, you have taste. You understand why certain layouts breathe and others suffocate. You notice typography. You feel colour. You can look at a design and tell someone, clearly, why it works or why it doesn't.

The Stuff That'll Set You Apart

A portfolio. It doesn't need to be polished or massive:

College projects
Freelance gigs
That logo you made for your cousin
Personal experiments at 2 AM
