Position

Site Field Personnel / Field Executive

Job Overview

We are looking for hard-working, enthusiastic, and responsible individuals to join our team for on-site field work. The role involves regular visits to project sites, coordination with workers and officials, monitoring ongoing activities, and supporting the smooth execution of electrical and civil projects.

Key Responsibilities

Visit and monitor assigned project sites regularly.
Coordinate with site workers, supervisors, contractors, and concerned officials.
Assist in monitoring the progress and quality of ongoing work.
Maintain basic site records, reports, and documentation.
Communicate site requirements, issues, and progress to the management.
Support day-to-day site coordination and administrative activities.
Use basic computer applications for reporting and documentation.
Follow company instructions, safety procedures, and project requirements.

Candidate Requirements

Hard-working, enthusiastic, and responsible attitude.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office.
Willingness to travel to and work at different project sites.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Previous experience in electrical/civil site work will be an advantage.
Freshers with the right attitude and willingness to learn may also apply.
