Job Role

Telecalling Executive – Lead Generation & Appointment Setting

About the Role

GVSTARKFUSION TECH LABS PRIVATE LIMITED is looking for an enthusiastic, confident, and target-oriented Telecalling Executive to join our Business Development team.

The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential leads, understanding their requirements, explaining our project and technology solutions, generating qualified leads, and scheduling appointments for the project/business development team to meet and discuss the requirements in detail.

This role is ideal for candidates who are interested in sales, business development, client communication, and technology projects.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to assigned leads and prospective clients.
Introduce GVSTARKFUSION TECH LABS and explain our products, services, and technology solutions.
Understand the requirements, interests, and business needs of potential clients.
Identify and qualify genuine and interested leads.
Explain project/service offerings clearly and professionally.
Follow up with interested leads through phone calls and WhatsApp.
Schedule appointments with qualified leads for project discussions and meetings.
Coordinate with the Business Development and Project teams for scheduled appointments.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and appointment status.
Ensure timely follow-up with leads who have shown interest.
Reschedule appointments when required and maintain proper appointment tracking.
Meet daily and monthly targets for calls, qualified leads, and appointments.
Prepare regular reports on calling activities, lead generation, follow-ups, and conversions.
Build and maintain positive professional relationships with potential clients.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Performance will be evaluated based on:

Number of calls completed
Number of qualified leads generated
Quality of leads generated
Follow-ups completed
Number of appointments scheduled
Lead-to-appointment conversion rate
Appointment attendance rate
Project enquiries generated
Overall communication and professional performance

Requirements

Any Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Prior experience in telecalling, sales, lead generation, or business development is an advantage.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Confident and professional communication with potential clients.
Strong persuasion and follow-up skills.
Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets and WhatsApp.
Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
Self-motivated, disciplined, and willing to learn.

Initial Engagement: 3-Month Internship

The selected candidate will initially join GVSTARKFUSION TECH LABS PRIVATE LIMITED as a Telecalling Executive Intern for a period of 3 months.

During the internship, the candidate will receive practical exposure to:

Telecalling and follow-up
Appointment setting

Technology project discussions
Sales and customer relationship management

Performance-Based Full-Time Opportunity

At the end of the 3-month internship, the candidate's performance will be evaluated based on lead generation, quality of leads, appointment conversions, follow-up efficiency, communication skills, discipline, and overall contribution.

Candidates who demonstrate strong and consistent performance will be considered for permanent full-time employment with GVSTARKFUSION TECH LABS PRIVATE LIMITED.
