Key Responsibilities: Sales Officer

Corporate and retail customer acquisition
Generating new business opportunities
Meeting monthly sales targets
Customer relationship management
Coordination with internal technical and support teams
Preparing sales reports and market feedback

Performance & Incentive Structure:
This is a target-based sales role. Minimum expected business generation is ₹200,000 per month.

Additional Monthly Incentive Structure (Pre-GST Business Value):

Per month business achieved ₹2,50,000: 3.5% one-time incentive
Per month business achieved ₹5,00,001 – ₹9,50,000 : 4.5% one-time incentive
Per month above ₹10,00,000 business achieved: 7.5% one-time incentive

Terms & Conditions:

Candidates should possess good communication and negotiation skills.
Preference will be given to candidates having experience in Telecom, ISP, IT Infrastructure, Networking, or Corporate Sales.
Candidates must be comfortable with field sales and client visits.
Own vehicle and valid driving license will be an added advantage.
Final salary and designation will depend upon experience, performance, and interview evaluation.
Incentives will be applicable as per company policy and target achievement.
Selected candidates may undergo a probation period as per company policy.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.
