Full job description

Job Description :

Founded in 2017, LGHC is a leading Canadian HVAC company built on family values, delivering comfort and trust to every home we serve. To strengthen our global operations, we established our Indian division, Knockout Agency, in April 2024 at Boomerang Tower, Chandivali, Mumbai. Our Mumbai team plays a critical role in supporting North American operations while driving impactful digital growth strategies.

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced IT Support Executive who can provide technical support, troubleshoot employee issues, manage business applications, oversee user access, and ensure the smooth functioning of our IT systems and tools.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience supporting Microsoft Outlook, Slack, Salesforce, Google Workspace/Microsoft 365, and other business applications. The person will be the first point of contact for employees facing IT-related issues and will also be responsible for managing and tracking support tickets.

Key Responsibilities
Employee IT Support

Provide first-level technical support to employees for hardware, software, network, email, and application-related issues.
Troubleshoot issues related to laptops/desktops, printers, Wi-Fi, VPN, browsers, and other workplace technology.
Assist employees with software installation, configuration, updates, and troubleshooting.
Support employees with password resets, account access, MFA/authentication, and login-related issues.
Ensure IT issues are resolved within defined timelines and escalate complex issues when required.

Business Applications & SaaS Support

Provide employee support for commonly used business tools, including:

Microsoft Outlook / Microsoft 365
Slack
Salesforce
Google Workspace and related applications
Other internal SaaS platforms and business applications used by the company
Create, modify, and deactivate user accounts based on employee onboarding, role changes, and exits.
Assist with permissions, access requests, and application-related issues.
Coordinate with software vendors or internal administrators when an issue requires escalation.

Ticket & IT Request Management

Help employees understand and follow the company's IT ticket-raising process.
Create tickets on behalf of employees when required.
Monitor open tickets and ensure timely follow-ups and closures.
Categorize and prioritize IT requests based on urgency and business impact.
Maintain proper documentation of recurring issues and their resolutions.
Escalate unresolved or critical issues to the appropriate technical team/vendor.

Employee Onboarding & Offboarding

Set up laptops, email accounts, Slack accounts, Salesforce access, and other required applications for new employees.
Ensure appropriate access is provided based on the employee's role.
Revoke system and application access during employee exits.
Maintain IT asset and access records.

IT Administration & Security

Maintain records of company laptops, peripherals, software licenses, and IT assets.
Ensure employees follow basic IT security and access-control practices.
Assist with MFA, antivirus, endpoint security, and other basic security requirements.
Identify and report potential security issues to the appropriate team.
Ensure company IT policies and procedures are followed.

Required Skills & Knowledge

1–3 years of experience in IT Support, Helpdesk, Desktop Support, or Technical Support.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft 365.
Hands-on knowledge of Slack administration and troubleshooting.
Working knowledge of Salesforce and user-access management.
Familiarity with Google Workspace is an advantage.
Good understanding of Windows operating systems, networking, Wi-Fi, VPN, printers, and basic hardware troubleshooting.
Understanding of user account management, MFA, password resets, and access permissions.
Familiarity with IT ticketing/helpdesk systems and ticket escalation processes.
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical employees.
Ability to prioritize multiple IT requests and work within defined timelines.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, ITIL, Microsoft certifications, or similar are an advantage.
Experience supporting a growing organization with multiple SaaS applications will be preferred.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
