# 1. Role Summary
The HR Executive will be responsible for day-to-day HR operations, with particular focus on:
**Payroll → Employee Records → Attendance → HR Policies → Onboarding → Documentation → Compliance → Employee Support**
The candidate will work closely with management and employees to ensure that HR processes are properly documented, timely and compliant.

## A. Payroll Management
* Assist in monthly payroll processing.
* Maintain accurate employee salary records.
* Verify attendance, leave and working days before payroll processing.
* Maintain salary structures and employee compensation records.
* Calculate/coordinate:

* Leave deductions
* Incentives
