Job Description

Act as a liaison between students and potential employers to ensure successful placements.
Demonstrate talent and skills in placement strategies, matching students with the right job opportunities.
Provide guidance and support to students throughout the placement process, addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with employers to facilitate ongoing student placements.
Conduct follow-up activities to track the success and satisfaction of students in their assigned roles.
Collaborate with educational institutions to align placement strategies with the academic curriculum.

Requirements:

1-3 years of proven experience in recruiting and HR field.
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Information Technology, or a related field.
Strong understanding of the recruitment process and best practices.
Ability to assess student skills, interests, and career goals to make suitable job placements.
Master’s in Human Resource is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive approach to problem-solving and ability to handle student inquiries effectively.
Familiarity with the needs of both students and employers in the job placement process.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
