We are looking for a Marketplace & E-commerce Manager to manage and grow our presence across major online marketplaces.
Job Summary
The Marketplace & E-commerce Manager will be responsible for managing marketplace operations, product listings, advertising, sales performance, promotions, and analytics across platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, FirstCry, Meesho, and other relevant marketplaces.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in marketplace management, Amazon Seller Central, product catalogue management, marketplace advertising, SEO, and sales analytics.
Key Responsibilities
Marketplace Management
- Manage day-to-day operations across Amazon, Flipkart, FirstCry, Meesho, and other marketplaces.
- Monitor account health, seller performance, compliance, orders, and inventory.
- Coordinate with operations and supply teams for stock availability and replenishment.
Product Listing & Catalogue Management
- Create and optimize product listings, titles, descriptions, images, and attributes.
- Conduct keyword research and implement marketplace SEO strategies.
- Maintain accurate and consistent product catalogues across platforms.
- Manage Amazon A+ Content / Enhanced Brand Content.
- Update listings for new products, offers, and seasonal campaigns.
Marketplace Advertising & Sales Growth
- Plan and manage Amazon PPC / Sponsored Ads campaigns.
- Manage promotional campaigns on Flipkart, FirstCry, and other marketplaces.
- Monitor advertising performance and optimize campaigns for better ROAS and ACoS.
- Plan and execute deals, coupons, offers, and seasonal promotions.
- Improve product visibility, rankings, and conversion rates.
Pricing & Competitor Analysis
- Monitor competitor pricing, products, promotions, and market trends.
- Recommend pricing and promotional strategies.
- Monitor customer reviews and ratings and coordinate appropriate responses/actions.
- Identify new marketplace opportunities and areas for growth.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track marketplace sales and performance metrics.
- Monitor GMV, revenue, ROAS, ACoS, conversion rate, product ranking, ODR, and account health.
- Prepare regular marketplace performance reports and dashboards.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to management.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central.
- Experience with Flipkart Seller Hub and other marketplaces.
- Strong knowledge of product listing and catalogue management.
- Experience in Amazon PPC / Sponsored Ads.
- Good understanding of marketplace SEO and keyword research.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of ROAS, ACoS, conversion rate, and marketplace performance metrics.
- Ability to manage multiple marketplaces independently.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Growth-oriented and target-driven approach.
Qualification & Experience
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or a related field.
- 2–5+ years of hands-on experience in marketplace management or e-commerce operations.
- Experience managing Amazon, Flipkart, or other major Indian marketplaces is essential.
- Experience in Ayurveda, FMCG, healthcare, wellness, beauty & personal care, or mother & baby products will be an advantage.
- D2C e-commerce experience will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹50,731.91 - ₹100,933.45 per month
