About the Role

We are looking for a LinkedIn Marketing Executive who can drive organic lead generation and sales for our SaaS products through LinkedIn.
The ideal candidate should understand how to identify and connect with the right decision-makers, build professional relationships, create engaging LinkedIn content, generate qualified leads, and convert prospects into customers through organic marketing and sales activities.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys prospecting, communication, content creation, networking, and SaaS sales.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute an organic LinkedIn marketing strategy for SaaS products.
Identify and target relevant prospects, decision-makers, founders, CXOs, HR heads, IT heads, business owners, and other potential customers.
Build and maintain targeted LinkedIn prospect lists.
Conduct daily LinkedIn prospecting and initiate meaningful conversations with potential customers.
Send personalized connection requests and follow-up messages without relying on spam or mass messaging.
Generate qualified B2B leads through LinkedIn organically.
Create and publish engaging LinkedIn posts, articles, polls, case studies, product-related content, and industry insights.
Manage and grow the company's LinkedIn presence and, where required, the LinkedIn profiles of company leadership.
Research prospects, industries, companies, and customer pain points to create relevant outreach campaigns.
Explain SaaS product features and benefits to prospects and identify their business requirements.
Qualify leads and move prospects through the sales funnel.
Schedule product demos and meetings for the sales team.
Follow up with prospects regularly and maintain a healthy pipeline.
Work closely with the sales and product teams to improve lead quality and conversion.
Track LinkedIn activities, leads, responses, meetings, demos, and conversions.
Analyze campaign performance and continuously improve organic lead-generation strategies.
Stay updated with LinkedIn trends, B2B marketing techniques, SaaS sales strategies, and competitor activities.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of LinkedIn organic marketing and B2B lead generation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to write professional and personalized LinkedIn messages.
Strong prospect research and lead-generation skills.
Understanding of the SaaS business model.
Ability to understand a SaaS product and communicate its business value effectively.
Good sales and negotiation skills.
Ability to identify customer pain points and present appropriate solutions.
Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
Basic knowledge of CRM and lead-management tools.
Good content-writing and social-media skills.
Self-motivated and target-oriented approach.

Preferred Skills

Previous experience selling or marketing B2B SaaS products.
Experience generating leads through LinkedIn without paid advertising.
Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar.
Experience with cold outreach, social selling, or inside sales.
Existing understanding of B2B industries such as HR, IT, finance, education, healthcare, or enterprise services.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone who is not just a social media poster, but a lead generator and SaaS sales-oriented marketer.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable with:
Find Prospects → Connect → Engage → Start Conversations → Identify Need → Present SaaS Solution → Book Demo → Follow Up → Generate Sales
Candidates with proven experience in organic LinkedIn lead generation and SaaS sales will be preferred

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
