Senio Technical Account Manager – (Network Infrastructure)

About CelesTech Infra

CelesTech Infra is a U.S.-based technology and infrastructure engineering company delivering specialized services across network infrastructure, cloud, data centers, automation and AI infrastructure.

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to support the growth of our U.S. technology services business.

This role is suited to an established technology-services professional with experience developing customer relationships, creating new business opportunities and working with the U.S. market.

Role Responsibilities

Develop new business opportunities across the U.S. technology-services market.
Build and maintain relationships with prospective customers and strategic partners.
Identify customer requirements and align them with CelesTech's engineering capabilities.
Develop relationships with enterprise organizations, technology partners and service providers.
Manage opportunities from initial engagement through qualification and commercial discussions.
Build and maintain a structured opportunity pipeline.
Coordinate with technical teams to support customer discussions and solution development.
Support proposals, commercial documentation and customer presentations.
Conduct market and account research to identify emerging opportunities.
Contribute to account-development and go-to-market initiatives.
Maintain strong customer communication throughout the business-development lifecycle.
Represent CelesTech in customer, partner and industry meetings when required.

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in business development, account management or technology-services sales.
Demonstrated experience developing business within the U.S. technology market.
Strong understanding of IT services, consulting, professional services or technology solutions.
Proven experience developing new customer relationships and business opportunities.
Strong business communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
Ability to engage effectively with business and technical stakeholders.
Experience managing sales pipelines and commercial follow-ups.
Strong ownership and ability to operate independently.
Ability to maintain appropriate overlap with U.S. business hours.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally based on business and customer requirements.

Preferred Experience

Experience developing business involving one or more of the following:

Network & Infrastructure Engineering
Cloud Infrastructure
Data Centers
Managed Infrastructure Services
Cybersecurity
Automation
AI Infrastructure
Professional Services
Cisco, Juniper Certification or technology knowledge

Previous experience within an established Product, IT services, system integration, MSP, technology consulting or professional-services organization is strongly preferred.

Experience developing relationships with Datacenter, Hyper-Scaler and enterprise customers, system integrators and technology partners will be highly valued.

The Opportunity

CelesTech is at an important stage of growth in the U.S. technology-services market.

This position provides an opportunity to work closely with company leadership, directly influence customer and market development, and take meaningful ownership of business growth.

We are looking for someone who can initially take ownership of developing new customer relationships and opportunities and, as the business expands, grow into broader responsibility across strategic accounts, partnerships and business development.

Location: India – Remote
Schedule: U.S. market coverage with appropriate overlap with U.S. business hours
Travel: Domestic and international travel may be required based on business needs.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
