Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (EST Time Zone)

Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized, self-motivated, and reliable Social Media Marketing Specialist to manage the day-to-day execution of social media activities for multiple clients.

The ideal candidate should be confident managing multiple accounts, coordinating with clients and internal teams, tracking deadlines, and ensuring that all deliverables are completed accurately and on time. The candidate should also have a basic understanding of video editing and be capable of coordinating and managing a team of video editors.

Core Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day social media operations for multiple client accounts.
Coordinate with clients to obtain content approvals, collect feedback, manage revisions, and secure required social media access.
Coordinate with designers, video editors, and other internal team members to ensure content is delivered according to the content calendar and client requirements.
Manage and coordinate the video editing team, including assigning tasks, tracking progress, communicating feedback, and ensuring timely delivery.
Use a basic understanding of video editing to review content, understand editing requirements, identify basic issues, and provide clear feedback to editors.
Ensure videos and other creative assets follow the approved brief, brand guidelines, and platform specifications.
Schedule and publish content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
Maintain and update content calendars, approval statuses, revision tracking, and publishing timelines.
Review captions, links, images, videos, formatting, and branding before content is published.
Monitor scheduled posts and coordinate the resolution of publishing or content-related issues.
Maintain organized records of client feedback, completed work, publishing activity, and campaign progress.
Prepare basic performance and publishing reports for internal tracking.
Proactively follow up with clients and internal teams to prevent delays and keep projects on schedule.
Identify potential issues or delays and communicate them to management in a timely manner.

Experience & Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Social Media, Business, PR, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of professional experience; agency experience is preferred.
Experience managing social media accounts and coordinating content production.
Experience coordinating or managing video editors or creative teams is preferred.
Basic knowledge of video editing software and editing workflows.
Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva is an asset.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Hindi and English proficiency is required.
Strong time-management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines.
Ability to work independently, take ownership of responsibilities, and consistently follow through on tasks.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing priorities.
