About the Role

We are looking for a smart, confident, and well-organized Interview Coordinator to join our recruitment team. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating interviews between candidates and clients, following up with candidates, assisting recruiters with screening and shortlisting, and ensuring that the complete interview process runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate interviews between shortlisted candidates and client organizations.
Contact candidates and explain job profiles, interview schedules, salary, location, and other relevant details.
Confirm candidate availability and ensure maximum interview attendance.
Conduct preliminary screening of candidates based on job requirements.
Shortlist suitable candidates and forward profiles to the concerned recruiter/client.
Schedule online, telephonic, and face-to-face interviews.
Send interview details and reminders to candidates.
Follow up with candidates before and after interviews.
Collect and maintain interview feedback from candidates and clients.
Update candidate status regularly in Google Sheets/Excel or the company's recruitment system.
Maintain accurate records of shortlisted, interviewed, selected, rejected, and joining candidates.
Coordinate with the recruitment team regarding urgent vacancies and interview requirements.
Follow up with selected candidates until their joining.
Handle candidate queries professionally and provide appropriate information.
Maintain regular communication with candidates through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
Prepare daily interview and candidate follow-up reports.
Meet assigned daily and monthly recruitment targets.
Maintain confidentiality of candidate and client information.

Required Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good English communication skills.
Confident and professional telephone communication.
Strong follow-up and convincing abilities.
Good candidate-handling skills.
Ability to screen and understand candidate profiles.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, WhatsApp, Email, and MS Office.
Ability to handle multiple candidates and interviews simultaneously.
Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
Willingness to learn recruitment processes and adapt to new responsibilities.

Eligibility

Graduate in any discipline preferred.
Freshers can apply.
Candidates with experience in HR, recruitment, telecalling, customer service, interview coordination, or staffing will be preferred.
Candidates must be comfortable making a high volume of professional calls.

The ideal candidate should be confident, disciplined, energetic, and responsible, with the ability to communicate effectively with both candidates and clients. The candidate should have good follow-up skills and a willingness to work in a target-oriented recruitment environment.
