Full job description

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic, people-oriented, and motivated HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are interested in building a career in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment.

The selected candidate will be involved in the end-to-end recruitment process, gaining hands-on experience in candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate engagement, and joining formalities.

Key Responsibilities

Understand and work on hiring requirements.
Source and identify potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.
Conduct initial screening calls and assess candidates on basic eligibility, communication, interest, and role fit.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process and ensure timely follow-ups.
Maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment trackers, and databases.
Coordinate with the HR team and hiring managers to ensure smooth and timely closure of positions.
Assist with offer communication, documentation, pre-joining formalities, and onboarding coordination.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for current and future hiring requirements.
Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Eligibility & Skills

Freshers are welcome to apply; candidates with 0–1 year of recruitment experience are also encouraged to apply.
Graduate in any discipline; candidates with a background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field will be preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Confident and comfortable communicating with candidates over the phone.
Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take ownership.
Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements and priorities effectively.
