Job Description – Senior Executive – BTL

Department: MarketingDesignation: Senior Executive – BTLExperience: 3+ YearsLocation: Ghaziabad, Uttar PradeshCTC: ₹4.8–6.0 LPA

About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Senior Executive – BTL to join our Marketing team. The candidate will be responsible for market research, BTL campaign planning and execution, competitor analysis, promotional activities, event management, and marketing support activities.

The ideal candidate should have strong market understanding, good communication and coordination skills, and the ability to successfully execute on-ground marketing initiatives.

Key ResponsibilitiesMarket Research

Conduct regular market research to understand customer requirements, market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities.
Collect and analyze market information from various sources to identify relevant marketing opportunities.
Identify new markets, customer segments, and potential business opportunities.
Prepare regular reports on market insights, competitor activities, pricing, products, and customer feedback.
Monitor competitor marketing campaigns, promotions, branding, and market presence.

BTL Marketing & Campaign Execution

Plan and execute BTL marketing activities across assigned markets.
Coordinate and execute exhibitions, trade shows, dealer meets, product demonstrations, roadshows, promotional activities, and local marketing campaigns.
Ensure proper execution of branding, promotional materials, and marketing activities as per campaign requirements.
Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and internal teams for BTL campaign execution.
Monitor campaign performance and prepare post-activity reports.
Ensure timely execution of marketing activities within approved budgets and timelines.

Lead Generation & Marketing Support

Support lead generation through BTL activities, promotional campaigns, exhibitions, events, and other marketing initiatives.

Maintain records and databases related to marketing activities and generated leads.
Coordinate with the Sales team for lead sharing and follow-up.
Collect market and customer feedback and communicate relevant insights to the Marketing and Sales teams.
Support product launches, promotional campaigns, and new market development initiatives.

Reporting & Coordination

Maintain daily/weekly reports of marketing activities and campaign execution.
Track marketing expenses and ensure activities are executed within approved budgets.
Coordinate with the Digital Marketing, Sales, Design, and Business Development teams.
Provide regular updates and campaign reports to the Marketing Manager/HOD.

Required Skills

Strong market research and BTL marketing skills.
Good understanding of on-ground marketing and promotional activities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong coordination and relationship-management abilities.
Good analytical and reporting skills.
Willingness to travel for events, exhibitions, campaigns, and other marketing activities.
Good knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and basic reporting tools.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple marketing activities.

Preferred Industry Experience

Experience in EV, Lithium-ion Battery, Automotive, Energy, Manufacturing, Electronics, or B2B industries will be preferred.

Experience in BTL marketing, event management, exhibitions, trade shows, promotional campaigns, brand activation, or product marketing will be an added advantage.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field. MBA/PGDM in Marketing will be an advantage.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should be creative, proactive, organized, target-oriented, and strong in execution. The candidate should have the ability to understand market trends, plan and execute BTL campaigns, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and provide actionable market insights to support the company’s marketing objectives.
