Full job description

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Relationship Management

Each L1 is responsible for managing multiple customer accounts and acts as the primary account holder. They are expected to maintain regular communication, ensure timely support, and uphold customer satisfaction.
Ensure weekly contact with each customer to collect feedback and maintain engagement.

Call Handling

Attend incoming customer calls and accurately document their queries or concerns.
Clarify customer doubts over the phone and escalate issues when necessary.
Once an issue is resolved, ensure a follow-up call to confirm resolution with the customer.

Issue Analysis and Escalation

Analyze reported issues to determine the root cause within the application.
Escalate technical bugs or data-related issues to the appropriate technical team without delay.

Coordination with Team

Collaborate with the assigned engineer during issue resolution and keep the customer informed throughout the process.

Requirement and Project Requests

For any additional requirements or new project discussions, coordinate with the Support Lead and transfer the request to the Sales Department.

Email Communication

Monitor and manage customer emails.
Ensure timely, professional responses and necessary follow-ups.

Managing Demo Company Environment

Maintain the demo company environment with regular and accurate updates to support demonstrations and testing.

Meeting Coordination and Reporting

Organize departmental (vertical) meetings.
Prepare and submit detailed meeting reports for review and recordkeeping.

Backup Coordination

Coordinate with the IT team to obtain database backups of customer companies when needed for analysis or testing.

Version Upgrade Coordination

· Coordinate with the IT team and the customer to facilitate version upgrades when necessary, and ensure that all relevant modules are updated accordingly.

Recurring Development Issues

In case of recurring development bugs within a module, coordinate with both the Product Lead (L4) and Support Lead for resolution.

Usability Feedback

Report usability issues to the Product Lead (L4).
Propose improvements to enhance the user experience within the application.

Skills Required:

Excellent communication skills in English.
Familiarity with CRM systems and ticketing tools.
Business/domain knowledge.
Strong team coordination and interpersonal skills.

Preferred candidates: Housewives residing in nearby areas, from any professional background, with good communication skills in English.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
