Full job description

Position Profile

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Operations Executive / Junior HR Generalist to support and execute end-to-end HR operations within a fast-paced financial services and professional consulting environment. The role will involve collaboration and communication to business operational leaders and employees, supporting talent acquisition, onboarding, employee lifecycle management, employee relations, compliance, performance management, payroll coordination, engagement initiatives, and HR operations.

The ideal candidate should possess strong interpersonal skills, a employee-centric approach, and the ability to manage multiple HR processes while ensuring code of conduct & compliance with organizational policies and regulations.

To be successful in this role, the following qualifications are required for HR Operations executive / Junior HR Generalist

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

Support recruitment activities, scheduling, interviews, offer management, and onboarding.
Support campus hiring and lateral recruitment initiatives on adhoc basis.

Employee Onboarding & Offboarding

Facilitate seamless onboarding for new employees.
Coordinate pre-joining documentation and induction programs.
Ensure completion of joining formalities and system access.
Manage employee exit processes, clearance formalities, and exit interviews.
Analyze attrition trends and recommend improvement actions.

HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Management

Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Process employee confirmations, transfers, promotions, and status changes.
Manage attendance, leave administration, and employee data accuracy.
Generate HR reports and dashboards for management review.
Support audits and compliance-related activities.

Employee Relations & Engagement

Act as the primary point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
Foster a positive employee experience and workplace culture.
Drive employee engagement initiatives, wellness programs, and recognition activities.
Support conflict resolution and disciplinary processes in accordance with company policies.
Conduct employee feedback and pulse surveys.
Present insights and recommendations to HR leadership and business stakeholders.

Performance Management

Support performance review cycles and goal-setting processes.
Coordinate annual and mid-year appraisal activities.
Monitor performance improvement plans where applicable.
Assist managers with performance documentation and policy guidance.

Compensation, Benefits & Payroll Support

Coordinate monthly payroll inputs with internal payroll team.
Validate attendance, leaves, referral amounts, resignation data.
Support compensation benchmarking and annual compensation review exercises.
Assist employees with benefits-related queries and enrollments mainly medical insurance, Term and Accident insurance.

HR Compliance & Governance

Help in filing of employee documentation and records
Support preparation of required letters and reports.
Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
Participate in HR process improvement and policy enhancement & formulation initiatives.
Ensure adherence to company policies, ethical standards, and professional code of compliance and conduct guidelines.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or Post Graduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Commerce, or related field.
MBA/PGDM in Human Resources preferred.
3 to 4 years of HR operations / HR Generalist experience.
Prior experience in Financial Services, Consulting, Big 4, Audit, Banking, or Professional Services organizations is a plus.
