Job Description – Telesales Executive

Position: Telesales Executive
Industry: Gold Coins & Club Resort Memberships
Department: Sales
Employment Type: Full-time
Experience: 1 year or 6 Month in telesales, telemarketing, or direct sales preferred

Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Telesales Executive to promote and sell gold coins and club resort memberships/packages over the phone. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining products and membership benefits, following up with leads, and converting enquiries into sales.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Explain the features, benefits, pricing, and offers related to gold coins and resort club memberships.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or membership plans.
Generate sales through effective communication and follow-up.
Maintain regular follow-up with interested customers and leads.
Handle customer questions and objections professionally.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and sales.
Coordinate with the sales and customer-service teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Inform customers about ongoing promotions, membership benefits, resort facilities, and special offers.
Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
Follow company policies and ensure all sales information is communicated accurately.

Required Skills

Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Good spoken English and local language; Hindi/Kannada is an advantage.
Strong sales and negotiation ability.
Confident and pleasant telephone manner.
Ability to handle customer objections and convert leads.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain customer records.
Good follow-up and relationship-management skills.

Qualifications

12th pass or graduate in any discipline.
Previous experience in telesales, gold/jewellery sales, real estate, resort memberships, insurance, banking, or similar sales roles will be an advantage.
Freshers with strong communication and sales ability may also be considered.

Performance Expectations

Meet assigned monthly sales targets.
Maintain consistent calling and follow-up activity.
Convert qualified leads into customers.
Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism.

Compensation

Salary: ₹18,000 - 25,000 per month + attractive sales incentives
Additional Benefits: [Incentives / Bonus / Travel Allowance / Other Benefits]

Work Location: Bengaluru
Working Hours: 9 Hours
