Job Title: HR Executive – Recruiter

Location: Bestech Business Towers, Mohali, Punjab

Job Type: Full-Time

Experience Required: 1–2 years (Only candidates within this experience range will be considered)

About the Role: We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Executive with 1–2 years of experience to join our team as an HR Recruiter at our Mohali office. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing candidates to onboarding, and will play a key role in building our talent pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and coordination
Conduct initial telephonic rounds to assess candidate fit
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs

Requirements:

Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred)
1–2 years of relevant experience in recruitment/talent acquisition (mandatory)
Familiarity with sourcing techniques
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple open positions and work under deadlines
Immediate joiners preferred
