Home & Property Manager

ReDial Clinic
Location: N-5, Park Extension, New Delhi – 110016
Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Weekly Off: 1 Day per Week
Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹50,000 per month
Reports To: Founder's Office

About ReDial Clinic

ReDial Clinic is a physician-led metabolic reversal clinic in New Delhi, founded by Dr. Gagandeep Singh. We operate with a strong focus on discipline, organisation, responsibility, and high standards.

We are looking for a Home & Property Manager who can take complete ownership of the day-to-day management of the Founder's residence and associated properties.

About the Role

This is not a passive caretaker role.

We are looking for someone who can independently manage household staff, security, maintenance, vendors, purchasing, inventory, and property-related work.

The ideal candidate should be proactive, responsible, organised, and capable of identifying problems before they become bigger issues. You should be comfortable taking ownership and following up until a task is completely resolved.

Key Responsibilities-Home Management

Manage the overall day-to-day functioning of the residence.
Ensure cleanliness, upkeep, organisation, and smooth functioning of the property.
Identify household requirements and ensure they are addressed on time.

Staff & Helpers Management

Supervise household helpers, drivers, cleaners, and other support staff.
Allocate daily responsibilities and monitor attendance and performance.
Coordinate replacements or additional support whenever required.
Ensure staff follow their assigned duties and maintain expected standards.

Security Management

Coordinate and supervise security guards across the residence and other properties.
Monitor guard duty schedules and attendance.
Ensure security protocols are being followed.
Immediately report incidents, negligence, or security concerns to management.

Maintenance & Vendor Management

Coordinate electricians, plumbers, carpenters, technicians, repair teams, and other service providers.
Handle maintenance issues from reporting to completion.
Follow up with vendors and ensure work is completed properly.
Inspect completed work before closing the issue.
Maintain a reliable database of vendors and service providers.
Obtain quotations and negotiate reasonable rates where required.

Purchasing & Inventory

Identify requirements for groceries, household supplies, maintenance materials, and other essentials.
Purchase items as required and ensure timely availability.
Maintain proper records of purchases and expenses.
Monitor household inventory and avoid unnecessary shortages or over-purchasing.

Multiple Property Management

Coordinate and inspect properties located at different locations.
Ensure properties remain clean, secure, maintained, and ready for use.
Coordinate local staff, guards, vendors, and maintenance requirements at different properties.
Keep the Founder's Office updated regarding the status of each property.
Travel locally between properties whenever required.

Reporting & Administration

Maintain records of maintenance work, expenses, purchases, vendors, and staff-related matters.
Share updates through WhatsApp, calls, photographs, or other digital communication.
Escalate urgent issues immediately.
Prioritise multiple tasks and manage them without constant supervision.

What We Are Looking For

3–5+ years of relevant experience in home management, estate management, property management, hospitality, facility management, or a similar role.
Experience managing domestic staff, security guards, drivers, and vendors.
Strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
Proactive approach — someone who identifies and solves problems rather than waiting for instructions.
Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
Good spoken Hindi and workable English communication.
Basic smartphone/computer skills.
Comfortable using WhatsApp, calls, photographs, and digital reporting for work updates.

Preferred — Strong Advantage

Experience managing multiple residential or private properties.
Experience coordinating maintenance and security teams.
Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle confidential household and financial information with complete discretion.
Willingness to travel locally between properties as required.
