Plan loading operations according to dispatch schedules and vehicle availability.
Ensure goods are loaded accurately as per invoices, delivery orders, and loading instructions.
Check quantities, product condition, packaging, and vehicle suitability before loading.
Ensure proper stacking, weight distribution, and securing of cargo to prevent damage during transportation.
Allocate work to loaders and monitor their performance and productivity.
Maintain loading records, dispatch documents, checklists, and other required paperwork.
Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, transport, and security teams.
Ensure trucks are loaded and dispatched within the scheduled time.
Follow company policies and health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Identify and report damaged, missing, or incorrectly loaded goods.
Monitor housekeeping and cleanliness in the loading area.
Train and guide loading staff on safe handling and loading procedures.
Resolve loading-related issues and report major problems to management.
Conduct regular checks to minimize product damage, loading errors, and delays

Qualification : Any Degree / Diploma

Experience : Fresher / Experienced

Pay: ₹15,600.00 - ₹19,500.00 per month
