Lead and oversee overall dealership operations including Sales, Service, Spare Parts, CRM, and Administration.
Drive business growth, profitability, customer satisfaction, and team performance.

Develop business strategies and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree (MBA preferred).
8–15 years of experience in the automobile industry, with leadership experience.
Strong knowledge of dealership operations, sales, service, and customer relationship management.
Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
