About the Role

At Cityflo, we're transforming corporate mobility with reliable, premium transportation solutions. As an Associate – Business Development (Rentals), you'll play a pivotal role in growing our Rentals business by acquiring new corporate clients, building long-term relationships, and delivering tailored mobility solutions.
From generating new business to nurturing client partnerships, you'll own the complete sales lifecycle while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience. What You'll

Do Drive Sales & Revenue Growth

● Own the complete sales lifecycle—from lead qualification to booking conversion.
● Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline to consistently achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly revenue targets.
● Drive conversions while maintaining business margins and profitability.
● Identify opportunities for repeat business, upselling, and cross-selling.

Client Relationship Management

● Build strong relationships with corporate clients, SMEs, travel agencies, and other business partners.
● Understand customer requirements and recommend tailored mobility solutions.
● Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales journey.

Sales Operations

● Manage and track leads, opportunities, and conversions using CRM and sales tools.
● Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure complete sales pipeline visibility.
● Monitor sales performance, conversion rates, and business metrics to identify improvement opportunities.

Commercial Negotiation & Coordination

● Negotiate commercial terms while protecting business profitability.
● Coordinate with Operations, Fulfilment, Finance, and Customer Support teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
● Support billing, payment collections, and customer follow-ups to ensure smooth order completion.

Business Development

● Represent the Cityflo brand to corporates, SMEs, travel agents, and ad-hoc groups to generate new rental opportunities.
● Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research. ● Contribute to the growth of the Rentals business through proactive sales initiatives.

What We're Looking For

● 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Account Management, or Corporate Sales.
● Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
● Strong customer relationship management abilities.
● Comfortable using CRM platforms and sales tools.
● Target-driven, self-motivated, and passionate about achieving results.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
● Experience in the travel, transportation, hospitality, mobility, or service industry will be an added advantage.

Work Schedule

● 6 days working with one weekly off on either Saturday or Sunday (rotational).
● Rotational shifts:
○ 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
○ 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM
● Candidates should be comfortable working in rotational shifts based on business requirements.
