Full job description

We are looking for a talented and proactive E-Commerce Website Developer & Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing team. This is a hybrid role for someone who enjoys both website development and digital marketing.

Key ResponsibilitiesWebsite Development & Management

Develop and maintain e-commerce websites using Shopify and/or WordPress (WooCommerce).
Update website content, banners, landing pages, and product information.
Upload new products, images, descriptions, pricing, and inventory details.
Ensure the website is fast, responsive, secure, and user-friendly.
Troubleshoot website issues and implement improvements as required.
Coordinate with the design and product teams to keep the website updated.

Performance Marketing

Plan, create, and optimize advertising campaigns on:
Google Ads
Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
Monitor campaign performance and improve ROI through ongoing optimization.
Track conversions, analyze campaign data, and prepare performance reports.
Manage advertising budgets efficiently.

Social Media

Create and publish engaging content on Instagram.
Design or coordinate creative posts, reels, stories, and promotional campaigns.
Maintain a consistent brand presence across social media platforms.
Work on content calendars and campaign planning.

Required Skills

Experience with Shopify and/or WordPress (WooCommerce).
Good understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.
Experience in website maintenance and product catalog management.
Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
Knowledge of SEO and website performance optimization.
Familiarity with Canva, Photoshop, or similar design tools is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

1–3+ years of relevant experience.
Experience managing e-commerce brands is preferred.
Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel is an advantage.
