The Product Support Specialist at be10x is a technical guidance and product-focused role. Unlike traditional customer support, this position requires a deep understanding of our AI programs to help learners implement them successfully in real-world scenarios.
At be10x, we teach AI, Automation, Data, and Business tools to working professionals. Your mission is to act as a Technical Guide — ensuring that after live sessions, learners can overcome technical hurdles, fix errors, and apply AI tools with confidence.

Key Responsibilities
Technical Query Resolution & Learner Support
You will be the primary point of contact for technical queries across the following domains:
● Generative AI — Prompt Engineering, LLM implementation, and practical AI tool guidance
● Data & Analytics — Excel with AI integrations, Power BI, SQL, and Python basics
● Automation & No-Code — Workflow automation using Make.com and N8N; app-building via Bubble and Streamlit
● Technical Troubleshooting — Diagnosing learner issues, providing step-by-step solutions, and creating visual guides (screenshots/video walkthroughs)
● Conceptual Guidance — Explaining ML, Deep Learning, and NLP concepts in clear, accessible language
● Escalation Management — Independently resolving 90%+ of queries and escalating to the product team only when strictly necessary
Real-Time Learner Engagement
● Act as the first point of contact during live sessions — resolving doubts in real time, with camera on when needed
● Provide prompt, accurate responses during evening and weekend peak hours
● Foster a supportive learning environment that encourages active participation and confidence-building
● Maintain learner accessibility through designated support channels
Cross-Functional Collaboration
● Work closely with educators, product, content, and data teams to close learner feedback loops
● Participate in team syncs to share learner insights and propose product or curriculum improvements
● Support onboarding and training of internal team members on support processes
Data Management & Learner Analytics
Track and manage learner data using:
● Google Sheets (advanced formulas, pivot tables) for attendance, feedback, and engagement tracking
● Google Forms for structured feedback collection
● Google Docs for documentation and internal notes
Additionally:
● Maintain detailed records of learner interactions and support tickets
● Analyze data to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities for improvement
● Generate reports on learner engagement and support resolution metrics
Content Creation & Documentation
● Build learner-facing support materials: solution videos, session notes, slide decks (Canva/PPT), and FAQs
● Maintain a well-organized repository of common learner queries and resolutions
● Develop training materials and knowledge base articles for internal and external use
● Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, etc.) to optimize support and content workflows
Quality Assurance & Process Improvement
● Review recorded sessions to identify quality gaps and learner experience issues
● Provide constructive feedback to educators and product teams based on learner pain points
● Contribute to continuous improvement of support workflows, response quality, and learner journeys
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education
● B.Tech, BCA, BSc (IT/CS), or a related technical degree is preferred
Must-Have Technical Skills
● Foundational knowledge of Python, SQL, and Power BI
● Hands-on experience (or strong working interest) in Generative AI and Prompt Engineering
● Familiarity with automation platforms like Make.com or N8N is a significant plus
● Proficiency with Google Workspace: Sheets (advanced), Forms, Docs
● Experience with AI tools and platforms: ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity
● Canva or similar tools for creating presentations and visual learner aids
Communication & Schedule
● Confident communicator — comfortable speaking on camera during live sessions
● Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed during live learning programs

● Understanding of EdTech trends and AI-powered education best practices
● Experience with video editing or multimedia content creation
