We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team in the construction industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and directing complex construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all objectives are met within established timelines, budgets, and quality standards. This role demands a proactive leader who can coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage resources efficiently, and maintain strong communication with clients, contractors, and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of construction processes, regulatory requirements, and risk management strategies. You will play a critical role in driving project success by applying your expertise in planning, execution, and problem-solving, while upholding the highest standards of safety and compliance. Responsibilities

Lead planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.
Coordinate and supervise project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure quality and efficiency.
Maintain effective communication channels among clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and cost estimates using industry-standard tools and methodologies.
Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to address deviations or unforeseen issues.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and environmental standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Prepare and present regular status reports, progress updates, and documentation to senior management and clients.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry with a track record of successfully completed projects.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulatory requirements.
Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and direct diverse teams.
Proficiency in project management software and tools such as MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent.
Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.

Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
