Full job description

We are looking for a computer-savvy, organized, and responsible Operations & Customer Support Executive to manage and coordinate various day-to-day company operations through phone, chat, email, and online systems.

The ideal candidate should have good English communication skills, be comfortable working with computers and web-based applications, and be capable of handling multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.

This role involves coordinating with customers, internal teams, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure that day-to-day operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operational activities using company systems and online tools.
Handle customer and business inquiries through phone calls, live chat, email, and messaging platforms.
Communicate professionally with customers and internal teams in clear and fluent English.
Monitor and respond to incoming requests, tickets, messages, and operational tasks.
Coordinate with different departments to resolve customer and operational issues.
Maintain and organize company records, documents, spreadsheets, and operational data.
Perform data entry and ensure information is accurate and up to date.
Track pending tasks, follow-ups, requests, and operational activities.
Coordinate with vendors, service providers, customers, and partners when required.
Escalate technical, billing, compliance, or other issues to the appropriate team.
Assist management with various administrative and operational tasks.
Monitor company accounts, dashboards, portals, and online platforms.
Prepare basic reports, summaries, and operational updates.
Follow established company procedures and ensure tasks are completed within expected timelines.
Identify operational issues and proactively communicate them to management.
Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information.
Be flexible and willing to take responsibility for new operational tasks as the company grows.

Required Skills

Good written and spoken English proficiency.
Strong computer and internet skills.
Comfortable using web applications, dashboards, CRM systems, email, chat platforms, and spreadsheets.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office / Google Workspace, particularly Excel or Google Sheets.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Good typing and data-entry skills.
Ability to communicate professionally over phone and chat.
Ability to follow instructions and independently manage assigned tasks.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple requests simultaneously.
Willingness to learn new software, tools, and processes.

Preferred Skills

Previous experience in operations, customer support, technical support, administration, or telecom/technology companies.
Familiarity with CRM, ticketing, VoIP, SaaS, or cloud-based platforms.
Basic understanding of troubleshooting computer and internet-related issues.
Experience working with spreadsheets and maintaining operational records.
Experience communicating with customers or business clients.
