Job Description – HR Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to manage end-to-end HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning.

The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, recruitment, and people-management skills, with the ability to manage both internal HR functions and client manpower requirements.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

Manage end-to-end recruitment for various positions and client requirements.
Source, screen, interview, and shortlist candidates.
Coordinate with hiring managers and clients to understand manpower requirements.
Maintain a strong candidate database and recruitment pipeline.
Ensure timely closure of open positions.

2. Employee Management

Manage employee onboarding, induction, documentation, and exit formalities.
Handle employee queries, grievances, attendance, leave, and workplace concerns.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.

3. HR Operations

Manage day-to-day HR activities and processes.
Prepare and maintain HR MIS, attendance, recruitment, and employee reports.
Ensure proper implementation of company HR policies and procedures.
Coordinate payroll-related inputs with the concerned team.
Monitor employee performance and support appraisal processes.

4. Client & Manpower Management

Coordinate with clients regarding staffing and manpower requirements.
Understand job descriptions, skill requirements, and workforce expectations.
Ensure timely deployment of suitable and trained candidates.
Maintain professional relationships with clients and employees.
Track manpower deployment and replacement requirements.

5. Training & Development

Identify employee training requirements.
Coordinate professional and skill-development training programs.
Support employee development and performance improvement initiatives.
Work closely with trainers and department heads to ensure effective training.

6. Compliance & Documentation

Ensure proper maintenance of employee documentation.
Support compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership and team-management abilities.
Good negotiation and decision-making skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
Ability to handle multiple recruitment and HR requirements simultaneously.
Strong client-handling and relationship-management skills.
Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
MBA/PGDM in Human Resources will be an advantage.
0–5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in recruitment, staffing, manpower services, or professional training.

Compensation

Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹50,000 per month
Salary will be based on experience, skills, and interview performance.
