Garry N Sun Organics is seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and versatile Documentation & Laboratory Executive to support our manufacturing, quality, regulatory, and administrative functions. This role is ideal for a candidate who enjoys working across multiple departments and can efficiently manage documentation, laboratory records, technical content preparation, compliance support, and factory administration activities.
The position offers significant exposure to Ayurvedic, herbal, nutraceutical, and food manufacturing operations while providing opportunities for professional growth in quality systems, regulatory compliance, and product development.
Key Responsibilities:
Documentation & Compliance
- Prepare, maintain, and organize manufacturing and quality documentation.
- Support preparation and updating of:
- SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
- BMRs (Batch Manufacturing Records)
- BPRs (Batch Packing Records)
- Specifications and quality formats
- COAs (Certificates of Analysis)
- Stability and validation records
- Maintain physical and digital documentation archives.
- Ensure documentation compliance with AYUSH, FSSAI, GMP, ISO, and export requirements.
- Assist during internal, customer, and regulatory audits.
Laboratory & Quality Support
- Assist in routine laboratory testing and sample management.
- Coordinate sample collection, retention sample maintenance, and record keeping.
- Maintain laboratory registers and testing records.
- Support incoming raw material documentation verification.
- Assist Quality Assurance and Quality Control teams in day-to-day activities.
- Monitor calibration and maintenance records of laboratory equipment.
Technical Content & Product Documentation
- Prepare technical product profiles and product information sheets.
- Draft product descriptions, ingredient summaries, and technical documentation.
- Assist in preparation of:
- Product dossiers
- Product specifications
- Technical data sheets
- Marketing support content
- Research summaries
- Review and proofread content for grammar, accuracy, and consistency.
- Coordinate with product development and marketing teams for content requirements.
Administrative & Operations Support
- Coordinate documentation between factory and Pune corporate office.
- Assist in vendor communication and follow-ups.
- Support inventory documentation and stock records.
- Maintain employee records and operational registers.
- Assist management with reports, presentations, and MIS preparation.
- Coordinate courier dispatches, sample shipments, and document movement.
Cross-Functional Support
- Provide support to Production, QA, QC, Procurement, and Administration teams as required.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives.
- Take ownership of assigned projects and special tasks.
Qualifications Education
- B.Sc. (Chemistry, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Life Sciences)
- B.Pharm / D.Pharm
- M.Sc. (Preferred but not mandatory)
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also be considered.
Experience
- 1–4 years of experience in:
- Ayurvedic manufacturing
- Nutraceutical manufacturing
- Herbal products
- Food processing industry
- Pharmaceutical documentation
Essential Skills
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong documentation and report-writing skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to prepare professional technical documents.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Organized and systematic work approach.
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
- Comfortable working in a factory environment.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of GMP, AYUSH, FSSAI, and ISO documentation.
- Exposure to laboratory practices and quality systems.
- Basic understanding of herbal and Ayurvedic ingredients.
- Experience with technical content writing.
Pay: ₹9,934.91 - ₹32,905.33 per month
