Job Description

Job Summary

The HR Officer cum Admin is responsible for handling day-to-day HR operations, employee coordination, attendance management, recruitment support, statutory compliance coordination, and administrative activities for the Cocopeat manufacturing unit. The role ensures smooth workforce management, employee welfare, factory administration, and office coordination in line with company policies and operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

1. Human Resource Activities

1. Handle employee attendance, leave records, and shift details.

2. Maintain employee files, joining documentation, and HR records.

3. Coordinate recruitment activities for factory workers and staff.

4. Support onboarding and induction for new employees.

5. Monitor employee discipline, punctuality, and workplace conduct.

6. Assist in performance tracking and employee engagement activities.

7. Handle employee grievances and welfare-related coordination.

8. Prepare HR reports, manpower status, and daily attendance summaries.

2. Payroll & Statutory Coordination

1. Coordinate payroll inputs such as attendance, overtime, leave, and incentives.

2. Maintain records related to PF, ESI, bonus, and statutory compliance.

3. Support labour law compliance and factory-related documentation.

4. Coordinate with consultants and auditors for statutory requirements.

3. Administration Activities

1. Manage office administration and factory housekeeping coordination.

2. Handle guest management, travel arrangements, and accommodation coordination.

3. Monitor office supplies, stationery, uniforms, and housekeeping materials.

4. Coordinate vehicle arrangements and transport requirements.

5. Maintain admin registers, asset records, and vendor coordination.

6. Ensure proper maintenance of office and employee facilities.

4. Employee Welfare & Factory Coordination

1. Coordinate employee accommodation, canteen, transport, and welfare activities.

2. Ensure implementation of company rules, safety practices, and workplace discipline.

3. Support management during inspections, audits, and factory visits.

4. Coordinate communication between management and factory employees.

Required Skills

1. Good communication and interpersonal skills

2. Basic knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance

3. Strong administrative and coordination abilities

4. Computer knowledge in MS Office and HR software/ERP

5. Ability to handle workforce in manufacturing environment

6. Record maintenance and reporting skills

Qualification

· Any Degree / MBA HR / MSW / Human Resources related qualification preferred

Experience

1. 3 to 5 years of experience in HR & Administration

2. Experience in manufacturing / agro / cocopeat / factory industry preferred

Job Location Factory / Manufacturing Unit

Preferred Candidate Profile

1. Experience in handling factory employees and labour workforce

2. Ability to work in field and plant environment

3. Good coordination and problem-solving skills

4. Male/Female candidates can apply based on operational requirements

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
