Job Title:

Project In-Charge – Sanitation Services

Department:

Operations / Sanitation

Reporting To:

Project Manager / Operations Head

Job Location:

Project Site

Purpose of the Position:

To supervise and manage sanitation operations, ensure cleanliness standards are maintained, coordinate manpower deployment, and ensure compliance with client requirements, safety standards, and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:1. Operations Management

Plan, organize, and supervise daily sanitation activities.
Ensure timely execution of cleaning and sanitation work as per project requirements.
Monitor cleanliness standards at assigned locations.
Ensure proper utilization of manpower, equipment, and materials.

2. Manpower Management

Prepare duty rosters and allocate work among supervisors and sanitation workers.
Monitor attendance, discipline, and performance of employees.
Conduct daily briefings and provide operational instructions.
Address employee grievances and resolve workplace issues.

3. Client Coordination

Act as the primary point of contact for the client regarding sanitation services.
Attend client meetings and address service-related concerns.
Ensure prompt resolution of complaints and feedback.

4. Quality Control

Conduct regular inspections of work areas.
Ensure compliance with sanitation SOPs and quality standards.
Maintain records of inspections and corrective actions taken.

5. Safety & Compliance

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and use of PPE.
Conduct safety briefings and toolbox talks.
Report accidents, incidents, and unsafe conditions immediately.

6. Inventory & Asset Management

Monitor stock levels of cleaning materials and consumables.
Ensure proper maintenance and usage of cleaning equipment and machinery.
Submit material requisitions as required.

7. Documentation & Reporting

Maintain attendance records, deployment reports, and daily work reports.
Prepare and submit weekly and monthly performance reports.
Maintain statutory and contractual compliance records.

Qualifications:

Graduate/Diploma in any discipline.
Knowledge of sanitation operations and facility management.
Computer proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email).

Experience:

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sanitation, housekeeping, waste management, or facility management projects.
Experience in handling large manpower teams is preferred.

Skills Required:

Leadership and team management.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Problem-solving and decision-making ability.
Report preparation and documentation.
Client handling and coordination skills.

Cleanliness and hygiene standards maintained.
Client satisfaction level.
Manpower attendance and productivity.
Timely complaint resolution.
Compliance with safety and statutory requirements.
Efficient utilization of resources and materials.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
