About Niyatee IAS Academy

Niyatee IAS Academy is a newly launching coaching institution dedicated to preparing students for UPSC Civil Services examinations. The academy will provide expert guidance, experienced faculty, quality study materials, regular assessments, and personalized mentorship. Our aim is to create a supportive learning environment that helps aspirants build knowledge, confidence, and leadership skills, empowering them to achieve their career goals and serve society with excellence.

Job Summary

The Sales & Marketing Head will be responsible for developing and executing the academy's sales and marketing strategy to maximize student enrolment, strengthen brand visibility, and drive business growth. The role involves managing admissions, digital and offline marketing campaigns, institutional outreach, lead generation, partnerships, and the sales team to achieve admission targets.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Admissions

Develop and implement annual and quarterly admission strategies.
Achieve student enrolment and revenue targets.
Monitor the complete admission funnel from lead generation to conversion.
Build and manage a high-performing sales and counselling team.
Establish and monitor admission KPIs and conversion metrics.

Marketing Strategy & Brand Development

Develop integrated online and offline marketing campaigns.
Build brand awareness across Odisha and neighboring states.
Plan promotional activities, awareness campaigns, and launch events.
Ensure consistent branding across all communication channels.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Digital Marketing

Oversee social media, website, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and paid campaigns.
Coordinate content creation for advertisements, brochures, videos, and promotional materials.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize marketing ROI.
Strengthen the academy's online presence and engagement.

Institutional Outreach & Business Development

Develop partnerships with schools, colleges, universities, and educational organizations.
Organize seminars, career guidance sessions, workshops, and educational events.
Generate institutional leads through strategic collaborations.
Represent the academy at education fairs, exhibitions, and networking events.

Team Leadership

Lead the sales, marketing, and admissions teams.
Set performance targets and conduct regular reviews.
Train and mentor team members to improve productivity.
Foster a results-driven and collaborative work culture.

Reporting & Performance Monitoring

Prepare weekly and monthly sales and marketing reports.
Track lead generation, conversions, admissions, and campaign effectiveness.
Analyze customer feedback and recommend improvements.
Present business performance reports to senior management.

Required Qualifications

· 5–8 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Admissions, or EdTech Sales.

· Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience in EdTech sales, student enrolment, or education technology solutions will be preferred.

· Proven track record of achieving admission or revenue targets in the EdTech, coaching, or higher education sector. Experience in managing inside sales teams and high-volume lead conversion will be an added advantage.
